By joining our team as a Business Development Executive, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to free workers from the burden of debt and help them regain control of their financial lives.

What will you do:

• Seek and create new customer networks, establish relationships with current customers. 

• Identify customers’ needs to introduce suitable services

• Negotiate customers to use the product/service, create customers’ trust with business

• Work with product team to create product/service that meet customers’ needs the best

• Actively seeking for new business opportunity in the market

• Report to manager on business progress and results; customer needs, problems, concerns; competitor activities and potential in developing business products/services.

What are we looking for:

• BDO Korean: must be Korean people
  BDO Japan: must be proficient in Japanese
  Agile, skillful in communication, have networking skills
  Good communication in one of the following languages is a must: English or Vietnamese
  Have logical thinking and learn quickly
  Openness to feedback
  Proficiency in MS Office tools
